Description
Soft Shell is a light, warm honey-beige European oak from the Cedar & Tide Slack Tide collection. The planks are 5-1/2″ wide and run from 23″ to 86-5/8″ long, smooth, with an ultra matte aluminum oxide finish and a micro bevel on the two long sides. It’s an elite grade with minimal knots, for a cleaner look.
The boards are engineered: a 3.5 mm dry-sawn oak top layer on a solid lumber core, 9/16″ (14mm) thick overall. It can be floated, glued down or glue-assist nailed, above, on or below grade. Glued down, it’s approved over in-floor radiant heat.
One box covers 32.93 sq ft. The finish carries a 25-year warranty and the structure a lifetime warranty. Call us for pricing.
